We don’t mark up credit card payments—any processing fee you see simply reflects our costs. This surcharge will be clearly displayed at checkout, so you can decide whether to stick with the cash discount or go for the rewards. And if you switch from credit card to a different payment method, the processing fee disappears—no surprises!

Travel insurance is highly recommended because life happens—flights get delayed, bags get lost, pandemics sweep across the planet, and sometimes Mother Nature has her own plans that can disrupt yours. We connect you with amazing travel experiences and do everything we can to make sure it all flows smoothly, but ultimately we’re not responsible for delays, cancellations, lost luggage, or if the airline suddenly decides legroom is optional!

Travel Protection & Liability

Deposits are non-refundable as they secure availability and confirm services in advance. Individual cancellation policies for accommodations and services may vary. In general, cancellations made within 60 days of departure—especially during peak travel seasons—are subject to full penalties. That said, if you need to cancel, we’ll always do our best to recover any possible refunds, but this is where travel insurance becomes your best friend. (Seriously, it’s worth it!)

The following cancellation penalties apply to the total trip cost, unless otherwise specified by individual supplier, operator, or hotel terms. Please note where cancellation penalties vary based on the specific policies of our travel partners, and the most restrictive policy will apply.

Make sure your passport isn’t expired (seriously, double-check) and that you have the necessary visas, vaccinations, and documents for your trip. We’d hate for you to get turned away at the gate. If your plans change mid-trip or you miss a connection, any extra costs are on you (or your travel insurance)—but we’ll be here to help as best we can!

  • All services priced in foreign currencies are converted to US Dollars (USD) based on current market exchange rates at the time of invoicing.
  • Because exchange rates fluctuate, your final payment amount may shift. Rather than locking in the full trip cost at a potentially higher rate, we prefer to keep things flexiblegiving you the chance to save money if the market moves in our favor (even if it’s just a few hundred dollars!). And if Europe (or whatever you’re visiting) "goes on sale”, you can lock in a lower rate before your final payment is due.

By making payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, which outline important details about your booking, including cancellation policies, supplier terms, and liability limitations. Additionally, travel services are subject to the terms of the individual suppliers (such as hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers). If there is a difference between our Terms & Conditions and those of a supplier, the stricter policy will apply.
