You bring your book of business and the kind of client relationships that took years to build. We bring the back office — the systems, the industry credentials, the supplier relationships — so the part of the day that isn't the work you love stops eating the part that is.
This isn't an adventure-travel-only shop. Our advisors work across the map: European itineraries, cruising, wellness and wine-region travel, milestone trips, the full range. What we ask is the same regardless of specialty — that you'd stand behind every trip you send a client on, and that you actually enjoy the people you're planning it for.
For Ground Operators & Partners
If you run something real on the ground — a lodge, a guiding operation, a small outfitter, a regional DMC — and you're looking for a U.S.-based partner who can send you the right clients and represent your operation honestly, we want to hear from you.
This is the model already at work in our Private Journey expeditions: we design and sell, our partners operate. No middle layer, no reselling through three other agencies. If you'd rather work with one company that actually knows your operation than a supplier catalog that's never set foot there, that's us.
